About
I am a creative, sociable, and caring individual who communicates well with others and enjoys working as part of a team. I am able to conduct myself in a professional, yet friendly and approachable manner. I self-manage and work to deadlines, remaining disciplined and focused even in times of high demand.
Throughout my time at Further and Higher Education and as part of my current position as a Graduate Creative Design and Marketing, I have become familiar with and regularly use specialist computer software, such as applications from the Adobe suite. This includes; Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, InDesign and Audition, in which I have gained a strong level of knowledge over the past 8 years. I take my own continuing professional development seriously and I am currently focused on evolving my skillset within AfterEffects.
Assisting colleagues and helping them to find the best solution for their communication queries has ensured that I am able to apply an advisory and collaborative approach in respect of projects and services. Ensuring I engage with colleagues, customers and partners in such processes means that I am continually protecting and enhancing the Pobl brand and assets, maintaining and communicating brand guidelines, creating templates and resources that enable colleague application of brand and assets.
As a result of my time at Pobl so far and the skills and experience gained during my time at University, I have a lot of experience of producing high quality digital marketing content with a strong understanding of customer needs and wants. I am able to work in a fast- paced environment and adapt my practices to best suit the circumstances and pride myself on being determined, professional, self-motivated and approachable. I strive to make a positive impact and aim to work for a company whose values and ethics are in tune with my own personal beliefs.

Brock University, CA
2019 - 2020

I studied abroad at Brock University, CA for 1 year after my 2nd Year at University of Worcester. My intentions were to gain a wider knowledge of the industry and how a typical design course looks in another Country.
I achieved A grades in Digital Video Art, Sound Design and Studio Foundation.
-----
Having taken a year out to study Design in Canada, this allowed me to gain a wide variety of skills in this medium. During this time, I developed my time management, organisational and interpersonal skills which have allowed me to become the confident, creative and driven individual I am today.

HOBBIES AND INTERESTS
Grand Ambition & The Actors Group
SWANSEA GRAND THEATRE
@theactorsgroup_
During April 2023, I became a member of The Actors Group (TAG) with Grand Ambition.
I joined this group as I have always been passionate about theatre and have been acting since a young age. I have loved drama and live theatre for as long as I can remember and was a part of Stagecoach Performing Arts Company for 7 years, where I achieved a Grade 8 in the Performing Arts Awards with Rockschool Ltd.
Joining TAG allowed me to continue doing what I love, whilst remaining within a group of dedicated and enthusiastic individuals in a professional environment.
During last years term, we devised our own piece called 'Under Milk What?', which was a 2023 adaptation based off of Dylan Thomas' 'Under Milk Wood'. This piece focused on how we perceived the characters to be if they were living in 2023. After a successful performance at Swansea Grand Theatre, we were invited to Wales Millennium Centre to showcase our work and talents.
You can find images of this performance below.
YOUTH COLLECTIVE
WALES MILLENNIUM CENTRE
During 2023, I received an invite to be a part of the Youth Collective with Wales Millennium Centre as a result of my recent performance there and being recognised as a hard-working, committed and passionate individual.
Being a member of the Youth Collective allows me to have an influence on the operations and decision making process at the Centre and ensure that all voices are heard, especially those of the next generation.
So far, my time with Youth Collective has been strongly valued and I look forward to continuing to help them make a difference and create a positive impact on future activity we are yet to see.
